We Offer Deck Cleaning & Restoration
We use soft washing for all fence and deck cleaning, gently removing rust stains, dirt, grease, and mold or mildew. Our experts use environmentally-friendly, non-toxic cleaning chemicals, such as sodium percarbonate or hydrogen peroxide, followed by an acidic "wood brightener" to restore the natural pH balance of the wood.
We are experienced with treated wood, cedar wood, exotic wood (such as teak or ipe), and composite. We know which approach to use for a specific material to avoid damaging it or voiding the warranty. For example, composite decking and fencing manufacturers have lists of approved cleaners for their products, which are periodically updated.
We also offer deck restoration and fence restoration if you want your wood to look new again. To restore wood, we strip off the grime, old sealer and stain layers, and any gray patina (sun-damaged unprotected wood) before applying a new seal to protect it.

Our Deck Cleaning Process
Before cleaning, we cover plants to prevent harm to them and remove deck furniture, grills, and any debris, such as leaves.
We use the minimum pressure necessary for deck cleaning and fence cleaning different materials (i.e. soft washing) and maintain the correct constant distance between the nozzle and the surface, which is critical for safe cleaning.
Even though hardwoods such as cedar, oak, teak, and ipe are hard-wearing and durable, we handle them with care. We are even more careful with softer materials such as pine, beech, treated wood, and composite.
We avoid using bleach (sodium hypochlorite), which damages wood in multiple ways, from leaching tannins (destroying the wood's color) to breaking down lignin (causing surface fuzz and structural breakdown). We always finish off cleaning by rinsing your deck thoroughly with water.
